Infinity is not a number in the usual sense, and so there are things you can say about infinity. This was one of the discoveries by Georg Contour years ago that there are different sizes of infinity in the set of real numbers. A subset of the integers may or may not be infinite in size, but if it is finite in size, it is equal in cardinality to the integer as a whole.
