endurance strength training protocol is a lot more like a power training set up, in the sense that we'r going to focus on full body movements. And i'm always leaving some in the tank. I'm not going to exhaustion doing kind of just enough to get what i'm looking for from it without having it compromise my next running work out. Another thing i do quite frequently throughout the course of the training is some mobility work. Some of this is very specific to me, but it's not super uncommon within endurance athletes. Is one thing i recognized as i got about six or seven years into ultra running, is i had very, very immobile ankles, very tight ankles and tight hips
