Don't Just Do Something, Sit There
If you would escape from prison the first thing you must recognize and acknowledge is that you are in prison. What I think the statement of our predicament as we sit by the river is the statement don't just do something, sit there. That's the biggest antidote for our addiction. But the difference for me not from you but the differences are in the realm of knowing your caught. As Grigef said, you are inprison.
