There are a couple other things. I mean people talk about NEU5 but that's really more for cancer. The one that I probably should mention is the IgE response that people get after tick bites. That was an important one put out by the University of Virginia. If you have that bite and you have the genetic capability when you eat animal products particularly beef it actually creates an IgE which will massively increase plaque formation. So yet just another reason to stay away from eating animal products.
