How to Deal With Dreadful Tasks
I want to recommend that you identify a time each week on a weekday where your load is a little lighter. For me personally, this tends to be Friday. Plan out your block of time for dealing with your dreaded tasks when you do a week look ahead at the beginning of the week. If it can't wait a full week, I'll look for another pocket of time earlier in the week. This is not procrastination. It's an acknowledgement that life is a lot and there will be another week ahead to tackle things.
