Am, i really hope people don't think that it's my training and my judgment that has led to led to these injuries. I would look at the people who were also trying to go for an o t c a and their paces,. And i would just feel bad about myself over and over and over again until id got in such a deep hole. Running had become not fun at all. The comparison trap is so real and dangerous as a runner; i totally fell into it. It can be so easy to fall into that trap. Like a said, running's all about your lane. What work's for you, it's not going to work for another person, and vice versa
