The Evolution of Articulation Work
The concept of articulation work comes from the American anthropologists of work, Glaser and Strauss. They came up with that concept in the late 60s to explain what nurses were doing at Shift Handover. And it's still not worked out properly today because every time you update a Giro ticket or write down how you change the design system is articulation work. When you buy Giro or when you buy confluence, not to pick on those, but picking on them. Those are only just understanding how that kind of work happens. It doesn't have a beginning and an end. You don't finish your thing and give it to someone else. All of this UX inside big enterprises
