I don't exercise regularly, but I do walk a lot and recently I started swimming actually. And if I start the day having done like laps and that includes the walk to the pool and then the walk to work, I definitely have more of a, a pep in my step and feel better about the day. If I've eaten really healthily and not had any sort of heavy foods or whatever, I just feel,. I feel lighter and not even necessarily will obviously wait wise, not by much, but it's just a feeling of like there's like a bounce or something. So these are kind of like warning signs for us to pay attention to, I think.
