How to Be Successful in an Interview Process
If a company has values, your values should be the filter for figuring out if somebody will add to your organization in the way that you want them to. And so starting there as like a filter because resumes indicate past successes. What they don't predict is future achievements. If someone had a value that wasn't aligned with my personal values, I would not go work there at this stage of my life.
