When i do my workshops, i usually do a't eat and be like, several days in a rer eight hour, ten hour days. And when it comes like a breaktime, i'm physically not hungry beause i'm so thinking about other stuff. I think probably part els, as for me, body building ere like that, made me less emotionally attached to food. When you're doing these things, you still have those pumps of hunger during certain parts, but it passes. Is pass and you ant see need to do what you need to do. But if you're not busy and you're not doing anything during your day, it's going to be very easy
