The Effects of Age on Nutrition

As we age, I feel like people need to make sure that they're still getting enough protein. 0.7 grams per pound of body weight falls in line with research about protecting against sarcopenia and the loss of muscle mass. We have to have the training to stimulate the need to need that protein. But yeah, I guess after finding that people are eating too many processed foods that yeah, then the protein tends to be a little bit low.
