The Open Question - When Is It on Them to Grow?

There's a lot of self growth and adjustment that needs to happen on our part in order to be successful. And so for me, i always want to take responsibility because that makes me feel more empowered. A lot of times they don't have the self awareness to recognize that it's time to grow. So going back to our our trusty friend, the open question, i think that can help.
