How to Improve Your Emotions
I think for the past two or three years, I've been working on not eating my feelings and turning my emotions into more positive constructive areas. It's just a bunch of small baby steps that I'm taking in order to make sure that I'm always setting myself up for success emotionally. And one of the small things could be something like if I'm starting to feel really anxious and I'm having trouble breathing, then I notice it and I try to breathe like take deeper breaths and stuff.
