i've been in cultures as a management consultant with some of the big six, ind the big four. And for there's so much inertia and so much politics, it's like, well, we'll just sit back and collect money,. i do like toxicity, but inertia is really good. Level five, i mean, it's forward. Thinkin all in. A lot of these things that happened to business, it's pr preventable if they're sitting in the seat of their employees and their customers and seeing the world through their eyes, and taking care.
