Coaching is like a balancing act with like, just let nature take over. Because some people just know how to do things, and some people really need a coach to show em all the intricacies. At the end of the day, i'm always going to go lower volume, lower skill. I don't get mad when they ask me questions that are good for my brain. So you got to learn how to be a good coach. And i try to tell myself, don't get angry at them if we're not doing it right. It's funny, some of my kids don't really know about olympic weight lifting. Is it being a sport?"
