About 80,000 Brits took part in this experiment using our free health app. Most people chose to eat late and skip or delay breakfast. Even those who were eating late still got benefits from the fasting. So on average, people's mood improved, their energy levels improved. And we did see some weight loss, not huge, but on average, there was some weight loss.
