What Are the Types of Mistakes That We Made in the Past?
In the early 20th century, safety in streets was redefined so that pedestrians were more likely to be blamed. And similar redefinition which were mistakes in the sort of public interest point of view. But they weren't mistakes in the sense that businesses had a rational business interest in making these things happen. The second stage is where everybody has to have a car and most people have to take care of essential needs like getting to work or school.
