Senior Executive Leadership

I think the illusion that I've been carrying is that senior executive leaders operating at a higher standard. It's reality sometimes but it's not reality all the time believe me if it wasreality all the time I would be out of a job. And so part of this path is kind of being able to anchor yourself in who you are as a leader and only you can define that. Do you feel like you have a definition of what that is for you?
