The Eyes Are Open With a Soft Downward Gaze
The idea in mindfulness is you don't shut down your sense perceptions. So the eyes are open with a soft downward gaze. And and it maybe you could just relax your gaze about six feet on the floor in front of you. It's like almost like dimming the lights in a room a litle bit. There's a softer kind of feeling to the sense perceptions. What i mean is like some, like some judge, you could just drop the gaze further.
