How Ryan Dancy Made a Deal to Buy TSR
The company got into a lot of trouble in 1990. They made some decisions that ended up being really hurtful for them. And so coming into 1997, they were on the verge of bankruptcy. Ryan Dancy was trying to put an investor group together to buy TSR. He wasn't able to get the capital that was needed. So he eventually reached out to me and reached out to the TSR owners. We bought his company as, you know, that was kind of like a commission on sale.
