The Importance of Audience Specific Communication
If I built them, people would be slicing and dicing, they'd go and find the information that they needed. It doesn't happen. So now we have to be really careful about making sure that the information that we're providing is appropriate for our audience. What is it they need to do their job? Do they need to know that? And so actually we're telling you in a lot of our information, our pages, our work that we do to be audience specific because they have such small amount of time to consume this information. They just need tonight what they need to get through the day, through the week and through the month. Yes. That's the essence of product hub
