The Effects of Exercise on Muscle Fiber Loss

We start losing muscle fibers probably from the age of nearly 50 and somewhere in 40s 50s. And so we can do to slow down or even prevent the loss of muscle fibers by taking up exercise. But I think that one of the key points here is that those muscle fibers that are lost, we can never get them back. We say it's never too late to take up exercise and that's true we should. Anyone at any age will benefit in so many ways from taking up exercise there's no question about that.
