When you put up these walls, you guarantee that the cycle will not break. So it's very interesting how these behaviors that we think are going to protect us actually guarantee the certainty of the outcome that fear,. Exactly. Once you start to become aware that these dynamics exist for you, you can actually use them to start to practice. And there's going to be times where, again, connecting o yourself, ha to day is not a day where i want to practise. Like there's too much going on.
