How to Avoid Recreating Silos in Your Team

How have you avoided recreating some of these silos with the three separate centers of excellence that are overseen within the so-cure? So as a part of my reorganization, it's not only just like an org chart of, this is who you report to now, and this is your role. It's really like, there was a matrix that was created. And I think I captured these as commercial products and then finance and operations being the third with operations living within that latter one. With all these regular touch points, if stuff comes up, there is at least enough regular communication that we can kind of head off any issues or identify opportunities in project or like an initiative.
