The plicibo effect is effective because of confirmation bias. You have a prediction, by a hypothesis, about what's about to happen. And if the reality matches the expectation, the effect is stronger correct. So it starts with having an expectation, but then, ye, these bioces can affirm the expectation. Then what happens, i think, is behavior, you do something which is congruent with this interpretation. When you can create a positive cycle of like, oh, i guess i'm feeling better in gon be a little more active than that, reinforces the belief exactly.
