What Is Confirmation Bias?
The plicibo effect is effective because of confirmation bias. You have a prediction, by a hypothesis, about what's about to happen. And if the reality matches the expectation, the effect is stronger correct. So it starts with having an expectation, but then, ye, these bioces can affirm the expectation.
