Do You Have a Healthy Body Composition?

I do favor journaling in the morning. I don't get to read as much in the morning because it's just time schedule. But what I've always liked to do in the evening is kind of do like you know, read something more inspirational and maybe jot down a quote from it at my bedtime. My number four that I listed was find and maintain a healthy body composition. And I'm not saying everybody should be trying to get sick back abs. That's generally getting too lean and often for many people unsustainable.
