The first thing i want to understand is, how does a habit form? And then how does that lead toa habit? Habituation? Yes, a great question. So our brains basically are designed, lise, our brains are set up to help us basically survive and avoid danger. But at a very basic level, they're set up around a basically pleasure and pain. In the same way, that process is used to help us get nutrient.
