What Kind of Breakfast Would You Like to Have?

I always like to see my players having one, well, probably more than one, but two to three eggs. And if it's a really heavy training day, we might also throw in there a bowl of porridge, a banana and maybe a glass of milk. But they're now about to go and have an eight hour training day where there's 60 minutes in the gim then they're doing skills,. Then they're out on the field for 90 minutes in the afternoon. So a breakfast for me would be of a hi protein, high carred breakfast.
