How to Plan for an Exit Strategy

Most of the people listening are either looking to acquire their first or our serial acquirers not yet thinking about exits. I'd be curious to hear you working with businesses planning for exitYeah so it's interesting you say people don't always think about it because when we talk to people about exit strategy you know there are different reasons you might exit and that doesn't always have to be a full sale in my opinion.
