The Importance of Not Tracking Your Results

I would rather have somebody that's training too hard on a day to day basis and then just give them extra off days or lower volume. I think my response was very not popular because I was kind of like well you know, technical failure occurred for I think it was anything but real life update. It doesn't even really matter where you tend to define the end of that set or where everybody can use to find the other sideIt's where you define it and then try to do that and push yourself. The variance between individuals is just so insane. Even when I told you that client we decided to part ways after just the initial thing and it's never happened.
