Incentives is supposedto, a short term incentive, is supposed to do something extra. And so it's interesting that you use the word fear here, because if it is the culture of the organization that folks have fear if they're not going to hit a milestone or a bench mark,. i meanin a way, that's a bit counter productive to what an incentive is supposed to doing. So many firms don't take that seriously, don't look at what the market place is paying. Many organizations are paying the price for that in the midst of the great resignation and not having paid people.
