I think that one, the other side of the problem is with achieving goals is that people choose goals that aren't reasonable for their lifestyle or their constraints. So when they don't sit down and write down like what sacrifices and changes are going to have to be made to reach that goal, they just like plow in to trying to get there and fail and lose motivation. I always tell my clients just two weeks if your plan is to work out, train, you know, five days a week, take specific times to work out,. never change those, build your meals, do that for two weeks.
