i like to see goals as targets. What's your target? Like we've got a bow and arrow. If we have to fling it, just tell me what the target is. And this whole notion of goals and targets is just, i think we just need a better way to say because it's just too broad for the brain. When you're coaching someone and you're helping them along this path to achieving that target, that's all i am. I make all of my athletes. And when i say athletes, jim, i call my portfolio manager's athlete. I call everyone an athlete. Well, this this nesarko. Well, let me implement something else
