Night shift workers are at increased risk for every single chronic disease and metapolic condition we know about, not to mention having a much shorter life span. Even the world health organization was forced to admit the dangers of a misalignment. And what that means is that it's very difficult to do research in humans from an ethical standpoint. But if we look at the average american, we're going to see that they're adopting some of those patterns to some degree.
