The High Intensity Interval Training

High intensity interval training was chosen because it has been shown to be very effective, and to be effective in a very short duration of time. The session included five one minute blocks of high intensity interspersed with five one minutes blocks of low intensity k so it's like you go hard for a minute, then you relax for aminute, then you go hard again. And this just make sure that everyone got the same environment. They wanted to be the same difficulty, the same relative difficulty, for all participants.
