Body Building Hypertrophy Is Not a New Thing for Training

Swhitch: Hypertrophy an aesthetics is not something that has been my primary goal in training, effectively ever. We're going to aim probably to start with a moderate amount of training volume at a moderate type intensity and then esculate that gradually overtime. The lean side of the quation, principally, is going o, you know, a matter of your nutrition management for most folks. Swhitch: A strength focused approach and hypertrophy pocused approach is going to be the balance.
