The Supply Demand Curve for Dental Practices
Every area of the country is different. There are a lot of geographies and if you're in the middle of nowhere, it may be tougher to sell a practice and it could be a buyer's market. I'm finding that doctors have more of a difficult time getting loans for practices that are in excess of 1.5 million or even over the $1 million range. And actually I've seen a lot of my clients, or the top 10, top 5 percentile, a lot of them have had issues with potential with selling because their practice has a high value.
