When we don't take adequate time off distractions take over and we're all prone to distractions but it just gets worse. And the other thing that we've talked about before is that information overload can actually just grind us to a halt. So when you do not properly rest and relax and get away from it all sometimes you are going to feel burned out eventually. These are some of the telltale signs of burnout.
