Minicycline for Asinidobacter

In clinical practice now, one of the rare times we might still use polymixins is for the treatment of asinidobacter. And so that segues nicely into our next bug drug weirdo combo I want to talk about, which is minicycline for asinodobacter. Currently the break point sits at less than or equal to four. It's susceptible and then eight intermediate greater than 16 is resistant. But if you're talking about giving high dose minicyclines, 200 twice a day, break point would be 1.
