When your motivation is high, you can do hard things and that means redesign your environment. Biggest one I think everyone needs to do is a cell phone out of the bedroom. Take your TV out of your room if you don't want to watch TV. No ice cream in the home. Because I'm going to end up eating it all because I love it.
