Is Three Reps Left a Good Idea?

Per exercise, we want to be getting at least three raps, shy of failure. So if you're doing a set of 12 ah squats, but you could have got 20 raps, than heavin,. You're not optimizing the stimulus. Pick a weight or a load that allows you to get within three raps of that fatl point where your technique sort of pose.
