The Negative Effects of Volume on Fixed Expenses
I didn't expect that to be honest. I mean, we were down about 30 percent in volume, but a gross profit had increased per unit slightly to combat that. We did all right in 21, 22 that the volume has continued to decline and gross profit had stayed relatively stable. The default woes are behind us, but I don't have expectations of them cutting rates this year,. which is the last kind of shoot a drop on customer sentiment getting back to somewhat of a normal level.
