How to Know When You're in an Anerobic Zone
We look for the body language. Once we cross over into that anerobic threshold, at t anerobic place, our shoulders ar going to become tensetheyere gong to hike up. Our hands, instead of being relaxed, are going to be clenched into fists. Andd as cragg said, you're going to start to be changing your breathing to pattern instead of a nasal pattern. But what cragg is saying is that it's so important that you train and you know whar you're at in these zones. So if you on the gas too soon, while the brakes are naturally going to come on, and you may not even finish the race.
