Training With Ultra-Droneers Is a Good Idea
A lot of training with ultra-droneers is rather low frequency and high volume. You do a lot of days where you're getting out there and applying a short stimulus for whether it is like 20 kilometers or 12 kilometers but then going again the next day. I always think it's much more of a hindrance to train two to three times in a day but i honestly think that you will gain more in the long run. It also just gives you the opportunity to be a little more a little more tame in those other days during the week versus what you maybe see on my training plate for like those first maybe two-thirds of the block.
