We see statistically significant reductions in h r v for those who are engaging in heavy endurance exercise, when compared to those engaging in moderate exercise. One strategy that i utilize personally is the usage of hit training, or high intensity interval training in tobata sets. Another tactic that i utilize on a daily basis for increasing h r v is compassion and meditative practices.
