The Importance of Morale in the Restaurant Industry

I wouldn't mind working with that person because I do think she's good at her job. So face that she does put on when she's on the floor is pretty amazing. And then she also knows her shit because she's telling everybody what to do in the kitchen and stuff. Yeah, like you always want to have somebody that's on top of their shit 100%. But here's the problem: That attitude is infectious. Eventually somebody else is going to be like, you know what? This place does fucking suck. And I don't want to be here either.
