What Does a Good Day Look Like?
Every day we want every rep to have three appointments, two demos and one opportunity that they can close on their calendar. We made it a principal that for us was, this is what good or great looks like. And if you leave to day without having accomplishe three two one, your goal would be to come back the next day and be successful. Whenr reps know what good looks like, and when your saleteems know what good look like, they're much more empowered to achieve tat so that would be wone, the element of science over art is establishing that vision of success.
