How to Train for a Long Run

If you never train taking in any calories in training, then race day might surprise you. Longest and hardest runs would be the time to really press the pedal on increasing your carbon take. If you're a runner who is inexperienced with eating a lot of carbohydrate, may be taking some gels or some sports drinks on other selected mediums long runs so that you're doing it at least once or twice every single week.
