The Four Day Work Week

Jesse: I just want to say that I think for tens is the perfect way to highlight the totally arbitrary nature of a 40 hour work week. We've found some interesting anecdotes around in the tech space specifically people like candidates that we maybe hadn't hit on the salary white where they were hoping. The anecdotal evidence there is the amount that this individual was willing to pay in lost comp for a Friday for 52 Fridays every year, call it 45 because you get vacations to 45 additional Fridays was significant. It's going to last six months. We start tomorrow was the last Friday. And everyone's kind of like really scrutinizing and saying like, okay, how can we make this work? Jesse
