Sleep and Dreams

Dylan Selterman is a psychologist and associate professor at Johns Hopkins. He collected people's stories about their dreams, over 800 of them to understand how those dreams affected them when they were awake. We found that 20 to 25% of the time, people were dreaming about romantic encounters. When people have those dreams, it is associated with their behavior and their feelings with their romantic partners the next day.
